The Residency Living Co-ordinator position focuses on supporting the delivery of a comprehensive Residency Living Programme, enhancing the quality of life and experiences of the residents in Northumbria University Accommodation. They need to be a ‘go to’ person who is visible, who will correspond and engage regularly with students, employees and external stakeholders to keep them informed of Student Living and university developments relating to student accommodation and the Residency Living programme. Creating a comprehensive standard template library that is clear, engaging and appropriate for all residents.Support and be able to deliver a professional social media presence to our residents and stakeholders.Provide and manage a communications plan throughout the year that enables Sodexo to continuously be able to communicate with students.Work alongside the management team and other colleagues to help deliver on our Social Impact pledge that contributes to maintaining a positive effect on the wider community.Work with with the Residency Living Manager to oversee our team of Residency Advisors in delivering events and supporting other areas of the contract when needed.Supporting when needed on the University’s disciplinary process.What you bring:Ability to communicate and work alongside with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect.Good attention to detail and strong communication skills.Excellent organisational skills and time management.Creativity and a forward-thinking approach to enhance residents experience during their time in accommodation.Supporting in building and leveraging relationships with businesses and external parties to expand the residency living programme beyond contract staff and Sodexo employees.Package Description£12.21 per hour40 hours per weekMonday to Friday between the hours of 09:00am – 17:30pm.
