Apply now.What you’ll doAs the Asset Compliance Manager, you will shape Southeastern’s strategy for managing 165 stations through an innovative, data-driven approach. In this role, you'll develop an Asset Information Framework, transforming station operations from reactive to proactive. Collaborating with key teams and stakeholders, you will drive compliance, enhance maintenance planning, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decisions.You will lead initiatives that leverage advanced BI tools like Tableau to create user-focused dashboards, set clear performance indicators, and champion data quality. If you’re passionate about optimising operations and making a measurable impact through intelligent data management, we’d love to hear from you.In this role, you will have a number of duties and responsibilities that include but are not limited to:Developing and implementing a robust Asset Information Framework aligned with ISO:55001 and corporate objectivesDefining and managing the complete data life cycle to eliminate siloed information and ensure data integrityEstablishing performance monitoring and compliance processes, overseeing internal/external auditsCollaborating with Facilities, Property, Commercial and Senior Managers to design evidence-based maintenance and upgrade strategiesCreating and tracking key performance indicators, supporting financial planning and cost-saving measuresLeveraging BI tools to build real-time dashboards and deliver data-driven insights for operational improvementsLeading stakeholder communications and performance review sessions, acting as the main property contact for regulatory and government bodiesFostering a culture of data quality and continuous improvement across the Property functionThe experience you’ll needTo be considered for this role we recommend you demonstrate the below in your application;That you have a proven background in data analytics and BI (Tableau, Snowflake, Excel) with a focus on asset, property, or facilities management, ideally in a multi-site or rail industry setting.That you have strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.That you have Asset Management Experience with comprehensive knowledge of operating to ISO 55001 and/or ISO business management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 44001, 45001)That you have experience supporting initiatives to demonstrate industry benchmarking, knowledge sharing and continuous improvementThat you are able to identify emerging trends in data analytics, machine learning, and AI as they apply to complex operational environments.That you have experience of leading technical investigations (e.g., Root Cause Analysis or 5 Whys)That you have experience of conducting risk and opportunity assessments and analysis.That you have experience in developing and mentoring talented people.If you’re ready to take on a challenging role where your data expertise directly influences strategic decisions and operational excellence, apply now to join our forward-thinking team!As proud members of the Armed Forces Covenant and Disability Confident Scheme, we will offer you an interview if you apply under these schemes and meet the minimum criteria for the role.
