If you’re looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same, this is it.About You and The RoleWe’re looking for a Room Service Supervisor who:Thrives in a fast-paced, pre-opening environment, helping to set up and refine processes.Works closely with the kitchen and other departments to deliver prompt, high-quality service.Manages inventory, maintains health and safety standards, and ensures hygiene compliance.Reports to our Restaurant Managers and supports with the Room Service budget management and cost control.Trains, motivates, and schedules the Room Service team to maintain top performance.Has previous hotel Room Service experience and knowledge of Micros and Opera.Brings a proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.Is flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.With more hotels planned within our wider portfolio, this is your chance to be at the forefront of a dynamic and expanding company.
