To follow responsibilities as defined in cleaning schedule.Package Description£12.21 per hourCasual workMain Responsibilities· Maintain the kitchen and back of house cleanliness in accordance to food hygiene regulations, using the correct cleaning chemicals in the correct areas/surfaces.· Ensure that the daily, weekly, monthly cleaning schedules are completed and signed for.· Ensure there are adequate cleaning chemicals and equipment.
