This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a brand-new operation, ensuring the smooth running of both front- and back-of-house.This role is a mix of office work and hands-on shifts on the floor and in the shop, making it perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment. You’ll handle key administrative tasks—such as daily cash-ups, banking, menu updates, and managing online ordering—while also working on the floor as a waiter and shop assistant when needed.
