The function leading SHEQ Project Services Manager comes with a salary up to �60,000, an annual bonus, and a wide range of benefits.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the SHEQ Director you will:
* Lead and develop a team to provide expert knowledge across all projects in the UK.
* Manage and support technical development strategies/documentation for various construction, decommissioning, and waste management projects.
* Input on project compliance within contracts.
* Mentor and coach colleagues on compliance needs.
* Ensure inspections and internal audits are planned, actioned, and reported to senior leadership teams.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Project Management qualification such as Prince 2 or APMP
* NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate
* SMSTS or CSCS card.
Personal skills
The SHEQ Project Services Manager role would suit someone who is:
* A detail orientated manager
* Experience working within the construction sector in a highly regulated market (nuclear, defence, pharmaceutical, chemical manufacturing, or energy sectors)
* knowledgeable on CDM regulations
