We currently have an opportunity for a Stand Manager to join our team at Headingley Stadium. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.Main ResponsibilitiesTo manage a designated area on a busy event/match day, managing the team and service delivery of the bar operationAttend pre-match and de-brief meetings at specified times with the Public Bars Manager (and other HODs if applicable)Help maintain stock control, transferring stock to various locations if requiredBrief all bar staff prior to service, ensuring that all catering outlets in your area are ready to start serviceAssist Team Leaders when necessary and recognising staff potential on matchdaysComplete and sign all relevant documentation as laid down by company proceduresAdhere to all Health/Hygiene LegislationCheck catering outlets at end of service for cleanlinessBe flexible & adaptable to changesThe Ideal CandidatePreviousexperienceinasimilarroleExperience in using EPOS till systemsPossessgoodcustomerserviceskillsGoodorganisationalskillsandaproactiveteamplayerGoodcommunicationskillsThe ability to demonstrate great teamwork and delegate to other team members
