Role Details:
* Pay Rate : �26 per hour
* Contract Type : Hybrid role
* Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 09:00 am - 5:00 pm (37.5 hours per week)
* Responsibilities : Acting as a Care Co-ordinator within a Perinatal Mental Health Team
Who We're Looking For:
We welcome applications from experienced professionals, including:
* Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs)
* Occupational Therapists (OTs)
* Social Workers
Care Co-ordinator experience is essential for this role.
