About the Role



Deliver Excellence: Provide high-quality hospitality, food, and coffee services that align with Sodexo and client expectations while driving customer-centric sales and maximizing profitability.


Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring motivation, clear communication, and compliance with food safety and health regulations.


Operational Consistency: Maintain consistent standards across all catering and hospitality services, manage costs effectively, and meet P&L targets while coordinating seamless events with stakeholders.


Strategic Alignment: Develop and review business plans, align objectives with overall strategy, and continuously seek to enhance quality and efficiency through innovation.


Compliance and Growth: Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations, foster strong client relationships, and actively pursue opportunities for service and business growth.


What We’re Looking For


Demonstrated experience in Catering, Hospitality, and Retail management with a focus on multi-outlet operations.
Proven ability to deliver high standards, ensuring quality of life services and fostering customer satisfaction.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on detail and a can-do attitude.
Skilled in building client relationships and collaborating effectively across all levels and functions.
Holds relevant craft qualifications, health and safety training, and extensive experience in compliance-driven environments.
