The Role
As a Bakery Operative , you'll play a key role in producing high-quality baked goods while ensuring smooth production operations. From operating machinery to adhering to strict quality and safety standards, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic and fast-paced team.

Main Responsibility
* Producing bakery goods to specification, ensuring product quality and safety.
* Operating machinery and equipment to maximize efficiency and ensure smooth production.
* Monitoring key parameters that impact food safety, quality, and legality, and recording any discrepancies.
* Reporting issues with products, equipment, or facilities promptly.
* Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintaining personal hygiene.
* Ensuring a clean and safe working environment through a "clean as you go" approach.
* Completing all necessary production documentation accurately.
* Prioritizing and multitasking tasks to meet tight production schedules.
* Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
* Performing equipment safety checks and maintaining good housekeeping.
* Adhering to company health and safety regulations.

The Candidate
We're looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience as a Bakery Operative or working in food manufacturing.
* Bakery-related qualifications (desirable but not essential).
* A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
