We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Executive Head Chef to join our team in London N1C 4AG and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.
About the Role
Ensure timely and efficient meal and catering services in line with KPI standards and Modern Recipe guidelines while being the face of food service, managing both front and back of house.
Maintain compliance with Sodexo's accountancy and administrative procedures, completing all documentation accurately and on time while managing costs within budget using Sodexo's dedicated systems.
Ensure all methods of food preparation, production, and presentation meet Sodexo standards, sourcing from nominated suppliers and adhering to the Quality Management System through routine audits.
Comply with Health & Safety, hygiene, and COSHH regulations, maintaining equipment safety, reporting faults, and ensuring all assets and premises are secure.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff to foster positive relations, conduct regular team briefings, and support new Sodexo initiatives while attending necessary meetings and training sessions.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in P&L reporting, meeting company targets, and maintaining strong unit audit scores while delivering services aligned with contract SLAs and health and safety regulations.
Demonstrate experience in service development and continuous improvement with clear planning, communication, and adherence to internal compliance standards.
Fostering positive client relationships and satisfaction, supporting effective recruitment and staff retention practices, and maintaining low staff turnover rates.
Exhibit key skills such as proactive problem-solving, excellent communication, resilience, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
Demonstrate leadership in managing kitchen teams, financial acumen for budgeting, innovation in catering practices, compliance expertise, and customer-focused service delivery.
