This is a fabulous opportunity working on a private estate. 

What you’ll do:


Supervising the dining room, hospitality and event spaces and your team 
Training of the on-site team.
Ordering from nominated suppliers.
Maintaining files and undertaking administration tasks.
Liaising with the Site Operations Team.
Cover any absences in all areas of the catering team.
Monitoring standards and conducting audits
Stock rotation & Stock taking exercises


What you bring:


Previous experience of working in a similar service environment via a multi-skilled workforce to blue chip organisations or within prestige environments with a strong focus on customer service
Good understanding and experience of using hotel principles to successfully deliver services – Ensuring focus to the individual customer requirements and care whilst meeting a 5-star service Levels
Attention to detail
IT Skills (such as ability to use emails, use of word)

Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm (occasional flexibility required)
40 Hours per week
£15.68 per hour + Sodexo Benefits
Maternity cover for 12 - 18 months with the possibility of a permanent position at the end of that term
Working at a boutique hotel and leadership retreat of a major corporate global company, located in a private estate just outside Kingston Upon Thames
Full training and uniform provided
