What you’ll do:


Coordinate Event Logistics: Manage the planning and execution of event details, including scheduling, venue booking, catering, and supplier coordination.
Manage Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including attendees, vendors, and team members, to ensure seamless communication.
Maintain Event Records: Track budgets, maintain databases, and document event processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Provide On-Site Support: Assist during events by overseeing registration, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for participants.
Evaluate Success: Gather feedback post-event and compile reports to assess success and identify areas for improvement.


What you bring:


Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Communication Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with event management software, Microsoft Office, and basic data tracking tools.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to adapt to challenges and resolve issues quickly during high-pressure situations.
Team Collaboration: A proactive and cooperative attitude to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.

Working hours  8:00 am - 4.00 pm / flexibility required 
37.5 hours per week
£12 per hour + Sodexo benefits
