We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Health and Safety Advisor to play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in safety, food safety, risk management, business continuity and environmental compliance.
About the Role
You'll be an ambassador of best practice, driving and promoting a positive safety culture across our corporate sites in the Dublin area.
You'll have an eye of detail as you review and implement policies and procedures for Health, Safety & Quality, and liaise with operations teams to ensure that appropriate monitoring is in place.
You'll be the go-to for advice on safe practice across various service operations.
You'll bring your expertise to the table as you assist with the development of relevant training plans for our colleagues.
You'll set the standard as you monitor and support the regular review of H&S policies, procedures and risk assessments, following up with action plans after audits to ensure the site complies with contractual and legislative requirements.
You'll be a visible and positive influence as your undertake regular safety walks, inspections and audits and report your findings to the HSEQ team.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or equivalent qualification in an occupation health and safety.
Commercial experience with an understanding of various service delivery functions such as Hard/Soft FM, Security and laboratory services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
