This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role, support the Sous Chef and Head Chef, and contribute to an established kitchen that is known for excellence.As a Junior Sous Chef at Ottolenghi Chelsea, you will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in running the kitchen smoothly and ensuring the delivery of consistently high-quality dishes.
