As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we seek a talented and passionate cook to join our catering team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering nutritious and appetizing meals to our patients and staff, contributing to their well-being and recovery.
What you’ll do:
Prepare and cook a variety of meals in accordance with established menus, dietary requirements, and food safety guidelines.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that all meals are prepared and served efficiently and to a high standard.
Assist in menu planning, considering nutrition and special dietary needs for patients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.

What you bring:
Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a healthcare or institutional setting.
Knowledge of nutritional guidelines and dietary requirements.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for cooking and a commitment to providing high-quality food.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 (or willingness to obtain).
