As General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our new opening, playing a key role in the pre-launch planning and successful launch of our latest restaurant. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a team, create an exceptional guest experience, and ensure our standards of excellence are met from day one.As General Manager at Ottolenghi Richmond, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's launch and operations. From pre-opening planning to managing daily operations once we open, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly and aligns with our company values.
