As a Chef with Sodexo at Wavell Combined Mess in Aldershot, Hampshire, you're ambitious about culinary excellence, and we understand the true strength it takes to be a chef! You'll be providing this service for our armed forces personnel, improving their quality of life every day!
What you’ll do:
Assistance with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard
What you bring:
NVQ lv 2/3 or a busy kitchen environment experience
Basic IT skills
Experience in menu production and confident input
Exposure to bulk cooking
The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills

Shifts patterns vary. Early 06.00-14.30 Late Monday-Thursday 12.30-21.00 Late Friday 10.30-19.00 Weekends 08.30-19.00
Must be flexible across all shifts
£12.30 per hour
