Are you an experienced Automotive Service Advisor looking to elevate your career?

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join a well-established, friendly MOT, service, and repair business in Chatham, Kent. This full-time, permanent role offers a Monday to Friday schedule (08:00 - 17:30) with no weekend work, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer care and regular updates on service and repair work.
* Efficiently manage estimates, bookings, and service/repair scheduling.
* Inform customers about available extras, accessories, and products.
* Serve as the main point of contact, offering expert advice and support.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational abilities to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
* A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
