About the Role: As Hospitality Bar Staff, you will be serving beverages in our fine dining and VIP areas, ensuring that our guests enjoy a first-class experience. You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining high standards of service, and contributing to the overall atmosphere of the venue. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with customer orders
Ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the event
Deliver excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner
Follow all licensing and health and safety regulations
Support the wider hospitality team in delivering an exceptional fine dining experience
What We’re Looking For:
Must be over 18 (due to serving alcohol)
Previous bar experience is preferred, particularly in a fine dining or high-end setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of service
A passion for hospitality and delivering a premium guest experience
