Your strong HSEQ and HR knowledge, combined with your expertise in hospitality, will be crucial to your success. Additionally, experience with Sodexo systems such as Eprophit, drive, Right time will be highly beneficial. We value operational excellence, continuous improvement, and employee engagement, and we seek a candidate who can support these values.Preferred candidates will have prior experience working with Sodexo and a proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team. This role requires a valid driving license held for no less than 2 years, as it includes a mileage allowance or company car.You will be working Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, supporting events and ensuring compliance in all areas.Sodexo and our clients are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults within a regulated activity.
