What you’ll do:Support recruitment and HR procedures, including holidays, disciplinary procedures, and rotas.Delegate tasks to staff and ensure their proper completion.Assist with the organization and training of staff, including new starters.Plan works and schedules to ensure sufficient staffing while staying within budgetary guidelines.Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in the department.Create and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure equipment is well-maintained.Monitor staff performance and ensure work is carried out effectively.
