Hunter Community Nursing specialise in recruiting for experienced and qualified nurses. We have an urgent requirement for Community Nurses in Chelsea to start immediately, paying between �23 and �25 an hour.
Job details:
* Band 5 community nurse (RGN)
* ASAP
* Full-time/ Part time
* Pay: �22-�23.50 ph.
* Chelsea, South West London
As a registered nurse you will:
* Have experience as a Registered nurse in a community setting.
* Be able to plan and deliver patient care to a high standard.
* Be a current Community RGN (ideally working for NHS Trusts)
* Have experience managing your workload and liaising with other healthcare professionals.
* Have a valid NWC pin.
* Be a current resident and have right to work in the UK.
