As an Adult Skills Customer Service Apprentice, you will play a key role in the recruitment of learners at Get Set UK (GSUK). You will support our enrolment officers and delivery team, with the activities associated with the successful recruitment, onboarding, monitoring and successful completion of learnersThis job plays a key role in GSUK meeting its adult skills recruitment targets and the compliant enrolment of learners.
Your impact:
Communicate with potential learners to support their application for adult skill programmes, follow up with progression and outcomes following completion of the program.
Support potential learners to in selection of the correct program for their long term goals
Work with enrolment officers, delivery and compliance teams to complete the sign-up and onboarding process for learners.
Support the outreach promotion and sales of adult skills programmes to partnering organisations and potential learners.
Support in the monitor of vacancies on the government recruitment website / service.
Accurate recording of actions and minutes from various adult skills meetings, panels and forums as required
Setup and administration of learners on MIS and e-portfolio system and/or other GSUK systems as required.
Support in the capturing and recording of employer and learner feedback and learner destination data collection for learners as required.
Support general office housekeeping activities, such as ordering of supplies, liaising with contractors and other tasks to maintain office operation.
