Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pricing Administrative Assistant to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Management: Utilize Excel skills to manage and organize data, develop, refine, and enhance spreadsheets according to requirements, create pivot tables, and generate reports.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including data checking, prioritising workloads and formulating responses for the team.
Investigative Tasks: Conduct research and gather information to support various projects and initiatives.
Problem Solving: Identify issues and proactively find solutions, demonstrating strong investigative skills.
Ownership: Take full responsibility for assigned tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-sufficiency.
Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
