What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 6 OT and play a key role in improving the lives of adults in acute mental health care. In this role, you will:
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments
* Create and implement personalised care plans
* Deliver evidence-based interventions to optimise patient outcomes
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current and valid HCPC registration
* Experience working with acute adult mental health patients
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* A commitment to delivering high-quality, recovery-focused care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability from Monday to Friday with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service demand.
