Our ambition is for Speedy Hire to be a company renown for its onboarding, training, and career development.A rare opportunity has arisen to join the People Development Team, we are recruiting a People Development Specialist who will focus on supporting the continuous growth of Speedy colleagues as a development subject matter expert. In this role you will be hosting induction programmes, facilitating outcomes from talent and succession planning, conducting training needs analysis, designing ,and delivering virtual and in-person training solutions. You will also be contributing to the design and development of external training programmes with a commitment to quality and return on investment. This is a hybrid working role supporting our Speedy Hire locations in the North predominantly, though travel may be required across the UK and Northern Ireland on occasion.
