Development Specialist – People (North)37.5 hours Flexible & Hybrid hours  Speedy Hire are the UK’s leading hire provider with the widest range of tools, specialist hire equipment, plant, and support services – everything for every job! Our People function has set sail on a People First Strategy that will take Speedy Hire to a Times, Best Places to Work employer.  Our ambition is for Speedy Hire to be a company renown for its onboarding, training, and career development.A rare opportunity has arisen to join the People Development Team, we are recruiting a People Development Specialist who will focus on supporting the continuous growth of Speedy colleagues as a development subject matter expert.  In this role you will be hosting induction programmes,  facilitating outcomes from talent and succession planning, conducting training needs analysis, designing ,and delivering virtual and in-person training solutions.
