Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Triaging calls and emails, aiming to resolve a wide range of colleague queries - from annual leave and sickness to pay, performance management, and complianceProviding helpful and professional advice to colleagues, using your training and on-the-job experienceDelivering a high standard of service to stakeholders across the organisation, including members of the Senior Leadership TeamSupporting key HR processes such as payroll administration, compliance monitoring (in line with CQC standards), and contributing to TUPE processesPlease see the attached My Role Pack for more information The Ideal CandidateThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in HR.
