What You'll Be Doing:
Join the team as a Community Physiotherapist (Band 6) and provide specialist rehabilitation and care to patients in their own homes across South Manchester. You will:
* Carry out comprehensive community-based assessments
* Design and implement tailored physiotherapy treatment plans
* Support patients with mobility, falls prevention, and post-operative rehabilitation
* Work closely with district nurses, occupational therapists, and other professionals
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
* Manage a varied caseload independently
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A valid HCPC registration
* Proven experience as a Physiotherapist in community settings
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence in working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
* A commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care
