You will always have Chartwell\'s reputation for quality at the top of your priorities whilst being responsible for compliance of Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulation.More about the role:You will motivationally lead the back of house team, encouraging collaborative thinking and service excellence.Recognise the value of your team, take responsibility for the continual development of your employees, using career progression to implement a succession plan for individuals.Prepare internal equipment orders on time for all events, this will include:Clear areas are setup, equipment is collected, cleaned and return to the back of house stores.Managing the cleaning and servicing of all kitchens and back of house areas and equipment ensuring that HCCAP standards are met.Ensuring all waste is correctly disposed of into the correct waste bins and maintain the cleanliness of the bins and bin area making sure that waste is not mixed. Co-ordinate with the waste company and the EICC operations team to manage the waste management processes.Work with the EICC operations team to manage the maintain schedule of all back of house areas and equipment to agreed standards.You will manage stock takes, inventory, prepare staffing schedules and food purchasing, managing relationships with all external suppliers.You will showcase experience of managing and motivating a team with excellent people skills, leadership and organisation.
