We are offering the opportunity to join our team on one of our general rehabilitation wards at Warminster community hospital with learning opportunities across our services and teams including stroke rehabilitation, community and specialist services. Longleat ward is a 25 bed IP ward with a multi-disciplinary approach to the patient pathway. Patients are admitted to our ward from our 3 acutes for ongoing care. Conditions can be varied and complex and include orthopaedics, neurological, musculoskeletal, frailty, dementia and end of life.As a Band 5 you are supported through regular in-service training, peer support with our team of Band 5’s, competency development and preceptorship program. Furthermore, you will receive an annual appraisal and regular one to one supervision with your assigned supervisor The role provides you with a comprehensive first-hand experience of working in multidisciplinary teams.
