Hospitality Supervisor - Whitehall London40 Hours per week £14.22 per hour We\'re recruiting an experienced Hospitality Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for one of our Government service sites on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.Your key responsibilities will include:Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experienceEnsure pre and post service checklists and cleaning schedules have been completed before and after all food servicesTo ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered toEnsure that uniform standards are upheld to the highest standardTo ensure all displays, counters and seating areas comply with company and statutory health and hygiene requirements, including but not limited to Food Information Regulations and Reference Intake labellingSupervising our teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer serviceCommunicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targetsRepresenting Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand imageLiaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectationsSupporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their roleImplementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.Our ideal Hospitality Supervisor will:Have a customer-centred focusIT literateHigh standards of personal hygienePrevious supervisory experienceAn excellent communicator, able to motivate and develop othersBe passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer serviceHave experience managing teams in a similar roleHave excellent communication and organisational skillsBe an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskillContract Catering background (desirable)Need events experience About UsAs part of Compass you\'ll help to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues.
