We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our vibrant Enrichment Team as a Student Voice Coordinator.In this crucial role, you'll be at the heart of ensuring every student's voice is heard across the college. You'll take the lead in managing our cross-college student voice process, from overseeing the elections of student representatives and the Students' Union to training and leading them to become effective advocates. Your ability to lead and coach will be essential in developing our students. You'll also be responsible for coordinating cross-college student voice faculty meetings with staff at various levels, and organising impactful student voice initiatives like student council meetings and focus groups. Beyond these core duties, you'll be an integral part of our Enrichment Team, actively supporting a wide range of activities, events, and trips that enhance the student experience.We're looking for someone with a team-oriented focus, who is open and approachable to all learners, understanding their diverse and evolving needs from year to year.
