What You'll Be Doing: Join a friendly and supportive GP surgery as a Pharmacist and make a real difference to patient care in primary care. In this role, you will:
Respond to medication queries, shortages, and recalls
Lead on medication synchronisation and liaise with community pharmacies
Conduct medication reviews and audits
Manage patient discharges
(Please note: This is not a prescribing role)
Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
Hands-on experience working in a GP surgery
Strong EMIS and Docman experience - essential
Ability to hit the ground running (no training provided)
A collaborative attitude to support a team of 1 pharmacist and 1 pharmacy technician
Working Hours & Contract Duration: This is a hybrid full-time position based in Bristol, with 2 days on-site and 2 days remote work per week. The role runs for 12 months with a strong likelihood of extension depending on service needs.
