Customer Support Coordinator - Thurnscoe - Monday to Friday - 07:30 - 16:30 - 40 hours per weekSpeedy are the UK’s leading hire provider with the widest range of tools, specialist hire equipment, plant and support services – everything for every job!We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Coordinator to be based onsite with our customer responsible for coordinating the entire ordering process from cradle to grave, including debt resolution, when required, managing all aspects of their needs and expectations.You will be liaising regularly with the wider Speedy depot network, at various hierarchical levels within the business, so clear communication skills are a must both verbally and electronically.You will also be expected to manage back to back orders with our supply chain through our Partnered Services division ensuring minimal delays in fulfilling the needs of the customer with readily available equipment.Relationship building is the key both internally and more so externally and you will be liaising with every part of the business to ensure the needs of the customer are met.Whilst in role, will need you to demonstrate the competence to work alone, within the clients premises, so adaptability and communication are key.What you’ll need:Excellent organisational skillsCommercial acumen around revenue growth and profit and lossStrong communication skills both verbally and writtenAdaptabilityCommitment to learn and developA desire to learn and expand product knowledgeAnd have the personality and drive to sell our productsCapability to work in fast paced environmentComputer skills/knowledge of excel/word are a must, all other training on systems will be givenCustomer focused attitude, with the ability to have robust conversations when requiredKnowledge of the plant hire or similar industry is preferredPrevious experience working within the hire industry or similar sales or operational roleAbility to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.What we offer:26 days holiday (plus bank holidays)Life assurancePension Scheme95% discount on our productsPlus other Salary Extras/DiscountsPlease be aware Speedy reserves the right to close our vacancies earlier than the listed date if we have received a high level of applications.
