If you share our values and are proud of a job well done, collaborative in working well with others and ambitious to make things better, then have a read of what we have on offer.We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our friendly team in Nuneatonat our Packed Products plant.Within this role you will be supervising the day-to-day site activities ensuring; the safety of everyone on site, labour resources are maximised to fulfil production & delivery requirements, and all management systems are adhered to.Main ResponsibilitiesWithin the role of Site Supervisoryour day to day responsibilities will include:Coordinatingthe weekly production schedule to comply with S&OP production targetsTroubleshooting plant issues and identifying areas for improvementAssisting with site maintenanceMonitoring the production processes and adjust schedules as needed to account for peak and reduced demand periodsSupervising production employees to ensure they are aware of, and comply with, all company policies and procedures, meet performance levels, and undertake training as requiredConduct regular reviews with the site teamThe Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for the role of Site Supervisorwill have experience in a similar role as well as experience of:Production personnel supervisionManufacturing processesContinuous improvement processesMulti production line supervisionProduction systemsRelevant product and/or technical knowledgeHealth and SafetyPlant maintenanceAccuracy and attention to detailContinuous ImprovementPeople supervision experienceThe role is based at our Nuneaton Packed Products Site located in Warwickshire. The site is easily accessible from Burton upon Trent, Derby, Castle Donnington, Loughborough, Coalville, Melton Mowbray, Leicester, Lutterworth, Rugby, Coventry, Solihull, Market Harborough, Kettering, Northampton, Wellingborough, Banbury and the surrounding areas.At Tarmac, ‘who you are’ matters.
