What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of elderly patients. In this role, you will:
* Perform comprehensive assessments for older adults
* Create and implement personalised care and rehabilitation plans
* Deliver evidence-based interventions to optimise function and independence
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current and valid HCPC registration
* Experience working within care of the elderly / older adult settings
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A commitment to high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a flexible role with full-time hours preferred, though part-time applications are welcome. The position begins on 26 May 2025 and is ongoing, with potential for extension based on service needs.
