We are excited to be recruiting for a Hospitality Head Chef to work at EY.Location: E14 5EYRate Of Pay: £46,000 - £48,000 per annum , overtime available Working Pattern: Monday - Friday , 07:00 - 16:30 , 40 hours per weekKey Responsibilities:You will be looking after all hospitality in the building which includes 21 meeting rooms, 2 large meeting spaces, with a hospitality brochure, al a carte restaurant and 1 private dining roomLooking after a team of 10 with two Sous Chef as supportResponsible for cooking meals such as breakfast , a la carte restaurant foods and finger foodServing anywhere between 30 - 500 people a day split between the hospitality meeting rooms,Talent Academy, large meeting spaces and restaurant areaCreate and refine menus, keeping up with culinary trends and incorporating seasonal ingredients, while also developing new recipes and dish concepts.
