Partner with Exec and their leadership teams to design and implement a people plan to support business goals and drive organisational performance.Deliver a truly strategic Business Partner approach fostered through collaboration and a high support, high challenge approach to the leadership teams.Embed talent management initiatives, including succession planning and performance management, driving a performance management culture that encourages robust conversations around objectives and under performancePartner with leadership to navigate the complexities of expanding internationally from a people perspective, applying OD expertise and thought leadership to enable delivery of our global celebrations strategy Identify opportunities to align HR practices across our markets as we grow our business through partnerships and acquisitions, collaborating with the broader HR team to define and drive an aligned plan.Provide expertise in relation to organisational design to ensure scalable, sustainable structures that are fit for future aligned to the enterprise target operating modelSupport and lead change management initiatives, fostering a culture of learning, adaptability, and continuous improvement.Feedback insights through partnering and collaborating with the wider People function including Shared Service, People Development, Talent Acquisition and Reward to build solutions that are fit for purpose and scalable. Previous international HR Business Partnering experience, either supporting an international colleague base or working in a role based outside of the UK.Significant experience of business partnering at Director/Exec Board level in a corporate commercial environment, ideally including Retail Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadershipAbility to collaborate with others and engage broader expertise from the People function to create the best solutionsMergers and Acquisitions experience /exposure is desirablePrevious experience working at pace, balancing immediate requests and strategic projectsAbility to manage ambiguity and to prioritise and manage your own workload effectivelyCommitment to personal development and career progressionCoaching qualification desirable (or working towards accreditation)
