Interim Estate Surveyor
Location: Bristol/Hybrid
Rate: £400 - £450 per day (Umbrella)
A Local Authority in Bristol is seeking an experienced Interim Estate Surveyor to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in public sector property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse property portfolio including landlord & tenant matters, valuations, and general estate management.
- Progress cases independently and proactively to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Conduct site visits using a Council-provided vehicle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working within a Local Authority or similar public sector environment.
- Strong knowledge of property processes, legislation, and local authority frameworks.
- MRICS qualified (or equivalent) – ideally General Practice.
- Fully UK Driving Licence essential.
