This is a remote position with occasional in-person meet-ups.
Your impact:
As Interim Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of marketing strategies that elevateGSUK's visibility, engage target audiences, and drive product enquiries. You'll craft compelling messages, create engaging campaigns, and collaborate closely with internal and external partners to amplify our reach.
Product marketing leadership:
Design and implement product marketing plans that generate awareness and leads across multiple marketing channels.
Develop clear and differentiated product messaging for diverse education audiences.
Deliver engaging content including blogs, case studies, thought leadership, and downloadable resources.
Campaign execution:
Manage multi-channel campaigns across email, website, SEO, organic content, and social media.
Update and enhance the website to support engagement and drive enquiries.
Track campaign performance and apply insights to optimise results.
Market and customer insight:
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform marketing priorities.
Gather and use customer feedback and case studies to strengthen recommendations and build loyalty.
Collaboration and leadership:
Work closely with the internal team, partners, and freelancers to deliver aligned marketing activities.
Collaborate with Get Set UK's Head of Marketing and report to the Head of Inclusive Careers.
Who we seek:
We're looking for a strategic and proactive marketer with a passion for driving impact in the education space. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on marketing expertise with the ability to craft compelling product stories and deliver high-performing campaigns.
Strategic and insightful: Able to design data-informed marketing strategies that align with organisational goals.
A skilled communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating engaging, purposeful content.
An effective collaborator: Experienced in working with cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders.
Organised and proactive: Comfortable juggling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and working independently.
Experienced in product marketing: Proven success in B2B marketing, ideally in education, edtech, or the public/third sector, with a strong understanding of lead generation principles.
