We work together internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.The RoleAre you kind, approachable and non-judgmental? Are you looking to work for an organisation that will provide opportunity for you to succeed? If so, this role may be just what you are looking for… We are looking for a Tenancy Sustainment Worker to join our Housing Support service in Cambridge. This role involves helping people to find appropriate accommodation solutions in our mission to prevent homelessness.  You will provide housing related support and advice to people to assist them with maintaining their tenancy and prevent evections. As a Tenancy Sustainment Worker, you will visit people in their home and within community settings to help them to understand their options and navigate the services and support available to them.  We are seeking passionate individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and dynamic, solutions focused and have a keen interest in supporting people to improve their lives.
