The successful candidate will also be solution focused and passionate about delivering excellent customer service to the rest of the College.In addition to this, you will be able to build collaborative working relationships across a range of teams within the organisation and with external customers whilst working proactively within a team to drive improvements. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are therefore essential.The successful candidate will be based with the rest of the Finance team at Nottingham One offices, reporting into the Finance Services Manager. This person will be responsible for working across the financial spectrum ensuring that all financial transactions in relation to Income, Purchasing and Banking are correctly processed and maintained within the finance system for Nottingham College. Your duties will also include providing financial information and support to students, customers, suppliers and members of College staffThe ability to work to tight timelines and problem solve will be key to success in this role and we are looking for someone with strong organisation skills and a proven track record of delivering to deadlines.The post will be shortlisted against the essential and desirable criteria at application stage from the person specification.
