We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our Reablement Team based in Keynsham.The Reablement Service is a short-term service which supports patients, either in their own home or in Residential or Nursing Homes, aiming to maximise and maintain independence through the provision of rehabilitation and support. This is a highly rewarding role for a dedcited and motivated physiotherapist.You will join a supportive and multi-disciplinary team consisting of Reablement Therapy Workers, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistant Practitioners, Care Co-Ordinators and Administrative support. The team also works closely with local GP’s and other community services such as District Nurses and Social Workers.This role will involve travel so will require a Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle for work purposes.This is a full-time position (37.5 hours a week) based in Keynsham. The service hours are 8.00 until 22.00 but Core hours for Therapists are typically 8.30-16.30 with 8.30-18.00 and 8.30-14.30 once weekly.The service is a seven-day a week service, and all staff are expected to work weekends and bank holidays within a team rota.
