Strategic planning & transformation initiatives
Embracing innovation – from AI to DfMA to nature-based solutions
Supporting an ambitious recruitment and resourcing strategy.
Driving performance, quality, consistency & delivery excellence.
Building an inclusive, collaborative and forward-thinking culture.
Supporting the Engineering Director to manage operations, risk and growth.
Championing sustainability, health & safety, and continuous improvement.
Representing the @one Alliance within the sector and beyond.
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Engineering (or related discipline)
Project & change management experience (qualification desirable)
Proven leadership in engineering, operations, and transformation
A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and empower others
Strong experience in improving performance through innovation
Passion for sustainability, safety and creating long-term impact
