What You'll Be Doing : Join our team as an ACT Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in improving the lives of patients. In this role, you will:
- perform comprehensive patient assessments - create and implement personalised care plans - deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes - collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care - maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications : To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a current and valid GPhC registration - ACT (Accredited Checking Technician) qualification - strong communication and interpersonal skills - the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team - a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration : This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability from Monday to Friday with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
