As a Real Estate Manager, you will take charge of the Estates Office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our extensive Port Estate. You will manage rent reviews, lease agreements, and Head Lease agreements while spearheading asset management and building surveying initiatives. Your role will deliver high-quality, customer-oriented services to both our commercial and residential tenants, working closely with various stakeholders. Hours of Work: Full-Time
Real Estate Manager Requirements:
* Professional qualification/s and/or membership from an appropriate professional body, ideally MRICS in a property-related discipline.
* A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Expertise in building surveying and maintenance practices.
* A proven record of engaging with key stakeholders and managing properties effectively.
* Strong analytical skills with an understanding of financial/budgetary implications.
