Look no further — Glanmore Foods, a proud Irish company dedicated to delivering fresh, healthy meals to schools nationwide, is seeking a Projects & Mobilisation Manager to join our talented team on a permanent contract, working 40 hours per week.As a Projects & Mobilisation Manager, you will lead the mobilisation of new school sites and deliver operational projects across Glanmore Foods with a clear focus on quality, efficiency, and value for money. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end mobilisation process, driving compliance, coordinating stakeholders, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities that support our mission to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals to schools nationwide.Key Responsibilities:Create, develop, and lead the end-to-end mobilisation process for new school sites — from initial site surveys through to operational handover — ensuring seamless coordination with Sales and Area Managers, and delivering within agreed timelines and quality standards.Act as the primary point of contact for all mobilisation activities, chairing internal meetings and coordinating stakeholders.Manage contractors and sub-contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards.Support onboarding and training of catering operatives on Glanmore Foods and EHO procedures.Benchmark and evaluate supplier performance to ensure best value and compliance with insurance and health & safety regulations.Partner with our Quality Team to maintain high operational standards across the school network and complete risk assessments for all new and existing sites.Deliver ad-hoc projects, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and social value outcomes.Embed project management best practices (e.g., PMO principles, continuous improvement) into all activities.About You:A minimum of 3 years’ experience in project and/or change management, ideally within the foodservice, catering, or education sector.Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and budget.Commercially aware, financially astute, and capable of driving value across all project touchpoints.Strong leadership, negotiation, and organisational skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Hold a valid full driver’s license and comfortable with travel to various sites.Experience with HSE and HSA compliance standards is a plus.Some of the benefits we offer:As well as a competitive salary, we also have a large range of other benefits, such as; Perks shopping discount Card which can be used across the Island of Ireland to save at various restaurants, high street stores, hotels, day out venues, gyms, golf courses and many moreFlexible working to support work life balanceCareer Pathways to support career progression and/or skills development Learning & development programs available for personal and professional development & growthAccess to wellness programs to promote mental health and wellbeing of our colleaguesEmployee Assistance Program to guide and support our employeesExciting internal reward and recognition schemesAnd many more..About Us: Glanmore Foods is a part of the Compass Group, located in Blanchardstown, Dublin.
