You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What You’ll DoLead and motivate a dedicated cleaning team, coordinating daily tasks and activities.Plan and oversee cleaning operations to maintain a sterile and safe environment, including desks, walls, ceilings, vents, blinds, and other surfaces.Ensure patient rooms, communal areas, restrooms, and hospital wards are kept to the highest hygiene standards.Maintain a safe working environment for all employees across the facility.Adhere to all company, client, and legal health & safety procedures, including COSHH, hygiene, cleanliness, and fire safety.Support onboarding, training, and development of cleaning staff to build a high-performing team.What You’ll BringProven experience in a supervisory role, ideally within cleaning or facilities management.Physical ability to carry out manual aspects of the role.A strong commitment to health, safety, and hygiene.Professional integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude.Excellent communication and people management skills.Be part of a team that puts people first—and feel proud of the difference you make every day.What we offer:Working at Sodexo isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to make a difference every day.
