 Employment Service team. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.A day will never look the same and some of the things you can expect to do/be responsible for are:Take detailed minutes at team and programme-related meetings, distribute them to relevant stakeholders, and maintain organized filing systems for all documentation. Handle general administrative duties, including correspondence, scheduling, and providing ongoing support to staff with system-related queries.Maintain and update clinical systems and the CRM database with accurate client information, ensuring all interactions and outcomes are properly recorded. Monitor data quality, perform regular audits, and flag inconsistencies to ensure accuracy.Generate regular statistical reports from both Clinical and CRM systems, assist with audit preparation by ensuring documentation is complete and accessible, and track and document programme outcomes as required.Provide training to new staff on Clinical and CRM systems, troubleshoot basic system issues, and contribute to the development of a service that supports minority and disadvantaged communities while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.Why Twining-Hestia?Joining Twining-Hestia means more than just a job; it's an opportunity to be part of something bigger. To excel in this role, you should possess:Proven experience working with NHS and CRM systems, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with databases and Microsoft packages.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in effective diary management, prioritising tasks, and meeting tight deadlines in an outcome-driven environment.Knowledge and commitment to relevant policies, procedures, and standards such as Health & Safety, Confidentiality (Data Protection), Equality & Diversity, and Employment Law, including the Equality Act 2010.Positive, professional, and self-motivated, with a dynamic personality and confidence in engaging with a variety of stakeholders to promote services.
